Tuition/Fees/Policy

NON FCC Tuition Policy

Tuition is not subject to discounts or refunds for holidays, emergency closures (such as weather or public health situations), or absences. Exceptions may be made only in cases of hospitalization or doctor-required absence, and a written doctor’s note is required to receive any credit.
Tuition must be paid in full in advance of services rendered.
A late payment fee of $25 will be applied if tuition is not received by the agreed-upon due date.
A late pick-up fee of $2 per minute, per child (not to exceed $30 per child) will be charged for any child not picked up before closing time.
Accounts that are two weeks past due may result in immediate termination of childcare services.
Children may have opportunities to participate in special programs or field trips that require an additional fee. Payment must be made prior to the event, and a signed permission slip will be required.
A fee of $5 will be charged for all returned checks or declined ACH (automatic debit) transactions. After two or more returned payments, accounts will be placed on a money order or cash-only basis.
A one-week written notice is required when withdrawing a child from the program. Failure to provide written notice will result in forfeiture of any deposit.
Receipts for income tax purposes will be provided upon request.
